If you refer a friend and they place an eligible first order at www.bunches.co.uk after using your referral code / link to create an account, we will offer you £5 worth of Posy Points™ to redeem against your next order(s).

You must only send the referral code / link to friends and family. Ask their permission first, and please don't spam.

We reserve the right to stop rewards being used against specific products.

For the referral to qualify, you must have an account registered online with Bunches, be aged over 18, and the referred friend must: (a) be a new customer of Bunches; (b) be over 18; (c) use the referral code / link you share with them; (d) not be someone residing at the same address as the referrer; and (e) meet the conditions for their reward set out below.

There is no limit to the number of people who can use your unique referral code / link, and you can receive multiple rewards. A referrer may not earn more than 5 rewards in any 24 hour period. You will need to use the rewarded Posy Points™ within two years.

You will only get your Posy Points™ if your friend pays for, and does not return or cancel their order. If your friend cancels or returns their order, neither of you will be rewarded.

Posy Points™ have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

You may not refer yourself. If you attempt to do so, or we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, we may cancel rewards, outstanding orders, and suspend associated accounts.

Referee

If you are referred by a Bunches using their referral code / link, you will receive £5 worth of Posy Points to redeem against your next order(s).

You may only receive one referral reward, and the reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.

To qualify for a referred friend Posy Points reward, you must: (a) be a new customer of Bunches; (b) be over 18; (c) not be someone residing at the same address as the referrer; and (d) use the referral code / link your friend shared with you.

Posy Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We may suspend, cancel or amend this promotion and/or revise these terms at any time. Any amendments or new terms will be available on this page. By continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

In the event of fraud, abuse, or an error affecting the proper operation of this promotion, we reserve the right to end or suspend the promotion.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your participation in the Bunches VIP Membership programme (‘Membership’ or ‘Programme’). By purchasing or registering for a Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

• ‘Member’ or ‘you’ means an individual who has registered for and/or purchased a Bunches VIP Membership.
• ‘Posy’ means the free tier of membership available to all registered customers.
• ‘Blossom’ means the paid membership tier priced at £8.99 per year.
• ‘Full Bloom’ means the premium paid membership tier priced at £13.99 per year.
• ‘Posy Points’ means the loyalty points currency used across all Bunches customer accounts, which can be earned and redeemed against purchases.

4. Membership Duration and Renewal

1. All paid memberships (Blossom and Full Bloom) are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
2. Memberships do not automatically renew. You will receive email reminders prior to your membership expiry date with the option to renew.
3. Unused benefits (such as free delivery credits) do not carry over to a renewed membership and will expire at the end of your membership period.
4. Posy Membership remains active for the lifetime of your registered account.

5. Registration and Payment

1. To join Posy Membership, you must register for a Bunches account at www.bunches.co.uk. Registration is free.
2. To purchase Blossom or Full Bloom Membership, you must add the membership as a digital product during the checkout process on our website.
3. Payment for paid memberships must be made via the payment methods available at checkout. Your membership will activate immediately upon successful payment.
4. You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your name and email address. Add your date of birthday and registered address for birthday benefits.
5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

6. Posy Points

1. Posy Points are earned on qualifying purchases made through the Bunches website. The earning rate and qualifying purchases are determined by Bunches and may vary.
2. Posy Points can be redeemed against future purchases, subject to minimum redemption thresholds and other conditions communicated at the time of redemption.
3. Existing Posy Points can be redeemed against future purchases of a membership itself (i.e. Blossom or Full Bloom membership fees) however, you will not earn Posy Points from the purchase of the membership.
4. Posy Points have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.
5. Bunches reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Posy Points programme at any time with reasonable notice to Members.

7. Free Delivery Credits

1. Blossom members receive 3 free standard delivery credits, and Full Bloom members receive 5 free standard delivery credits per membership year.
2. Free delivery credits apply to standard UK mainland delivery only. They do not apply to premium delivery services, international deliveries, or same-day/next-day delivery options unless specifically stated.
3. Free delivery credits apply to flowers and plants only. They do not apply to hampers and cards.
4. One credit is used per order, regardless of the number of items in that order.
5. Delivery credits expire at the end of your membership period and cannot be carried over to a renewed membership or refunded.
6. If an order is cancelled or fails to be delivered due to circumstances within our control, your delivery credit will be reinstated to your account.

8. Birthday Benefits

1. Blossom members receive a complimentary birthday card. Full Bloom members receive a complimentary birthday card and treat.
2. You must provide your date of birth and registered address during registration or in your account settings to qualify for birthday benefits.
3. Birthday benefits are dispatched to your registered delivery address during the week of your birthday, subject to stock availability.
4. If your birthday falls outside your membership period, you will not be entitled to birthday benefits for that year.
5. The specific card design and treat (for Full Bloom) are selected by Bunches and subject to availability. No substitutions or cash alternatives are available.

9. Access to Reduced Products

1. Blossom and Full Bloom members have priority access to reduced-price products, which may include stock clearance items, end-of-season flowers, or short-dated products.
2. Reduced products are subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Due to the nature of reduced products, they may have shorter vase life or minor cosmetic imperfections. All reduced products are sold as-is with no returns or refunds unless faulty.

10. Enhanced Discounts

1. Blossom and Full Bloom members receive enhanced discount offers, typically 20–25% off selected products or categories.
2. Discounts are offered at Bunches' discretion and may vary by product, season, or promotional period.
3. Discounts may be subject to minimum spend thresholds, product exclusions, or time limitations as communicated at the time of the offer.
4. Member discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless explicitly stated.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

1. You may cancel your paid membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not used any membership benefits (including delivery credits, birthday benefits, or member discounts).
2. After the 14-day cooling-off period, membership fees are non-refundable. Memberships cannot be cancelled mid-term for a pro-rata refund.
3. To request a cancellation within the 14-day period, please contact Bunches customer service at [email protected] with your order number and membership details.
4. If your membership cannot be activated due to a technical error on our part, you will be entitled to a full refund.

12. Refunds and Resends for Membership Orders

1. If you place an order using a membership benefit (such as a free delivery credit) and the order requires a refund or resend due to our error, the following applies:
   • If you receive a full refund for a product order, the delivery credit used will be reinstated to your account.
   • If we resend the order at no additional cost, the delivery credit will not be reinstated.
2. For orders where you received a member discount, refunds will be processed based on the discounted amount paid.

13. Changes to the Programme

1. Bunches reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Membership programme at any time, including pricing, benefits, or tier structure.
2. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to existing members via email. Changes will not affect memberships already purchased until their renewal date.
3. If we discontinue the Programme entirely, existing paid members will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for any unused portion of their membership.

14. Termination of Membership

1. Bunches reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
2. Examples of prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to: sharing account credentials, reselling membership benefits, abuse of refund policies, or using the Programme for commercial gain.
3. If your membership is terminated for breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund and any unused benefits will be forfeited.

15. Limitation of Liability

1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
2. Subject to clause 15.1, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your membership shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.
3. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of reputation.

16. Data Protection and Privacy

1. By registering for a membership, you consent to Bunches collecting, storing, and processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Your membership data will be integrated with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to provide personalised offers and communications.
3. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting customer service. This will not affect your membership benefits.

17. General Terms

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
3. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
4. These Terms, together with our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bunches regarding the Membership programme.
