Back in April, we had some surprise surplus stock and a bank holiday weekend approaching, so we decided to spread some joy at Newstead Abbey by giving away our beautiful flowers for free.

We were absolutely delighted with how the event went and decided that we wanted to do it again - this time with planned flowers!

The goal was to put a smile on as many people’s faces as possible, so we asked Wollaton Hall if we could give flowers out to those attending their Adventure Cinema screening of The Greatest Showman on 22nd August. They very kindly agreed, and the next thing we knew, the big day was upon us!

After a game of flower Tetris in our cars, our wonderful team arrived at Wollaton. A huge thanks to Julia, Reece, Kim, Tracey, Carly, Emily and Jess for not only packing and transporting the bouquets, but spending their evening spreading happiness to the community!

It was a whirlwind of an evening – we gave out over 250 bouquets to the audience before the movie started!

We all had a fantastic time making some meaningful moments, and we’re grateful to Wollaton Hall and Adventure Cinema for letting us join the event – it really was “the greatest show!”
