Our long-term goal is to be entirely plastic-free, and every day we make a conscious effort to work towards this goal. 

Our plastic-free letterbox range

We are constantly researching new, innovative means of packaging and we have recently made some adjustments to how we package our letterbox range – we are proud to announce the entire range is now 100% plastic-free!

Here are some of the other changes we have made:

• Fully compostable flower food packaging – decomposes within 12 weeks, the same as an orange or banana peel! 
• New brown paper wrap to protect your blooms – fully recyclable and compostable meaning it can go in recycling with your paper and cardboard or in your waste bin.
• Your blooms are sent in our new fully recyclable and compostable hydration pot - it contains a non-spill gel to keep your blooms hydrated during their journey. 

We’re not stopping there...

Our chocolate suppliers have been working hard to reduce the plastic used in packaging our chocolates, so far they have reduced this by 50%, but we are working together towards a 100% plastic-free alternative. 

We’ve taken the difficult decision to stop selling our very popular range of helium balloons. Decisions like this one cost us financially but we’re serious about our commitment to making the world a better place.
