Letterbox Flowers

Q: Why do my letterbox flowers look different to the photo online?

We send our flowers in bud to maximise vase life and protect them on their travels, so they may not look the same as our photos of them in full bloom on the website. Once the stems have been trimmed and the blooms have been arranged into a vase with water and the flower food provided, they should start to open over the next few days.

Q: How are letterbox flowers delivered?

Letterbox flowers are sent in custom-made boxes the size of a standard letterbox to protect them during transit. The flowers will be securely packed inside along with the personal message card, flower food and care instructions. The flowers will be popped through your loved one’s letterbox, so it doesn’t matter if they’re in or out!

Our first entirely plastic-free range! Letterbox flowers are delivered in specially designed letterbox friendly packaging, meaning they can still be delivered even if your loved one is out. They are all delivered in recyclable paper wrap along with your personal message card, a compostable packet of flower food and care instructions.
