Floral crafts: pressed flower stickers
Pressed flowers have a wide variety of uses. From framing them to turning them into bookmarks, their versatility and beauty is incredible. One of the ways in which you can use pressed flowers is to make stickers out of them!
Pressed flower stickers are incredibly easy to make; all you need is baking paper, cellotape, scissors, and some pretty pressed petals!
To make the stickers, simply follow the instructions below:
Lay the baking paper on a flat surface.
Stick cellotape onto the baking paper, covering as much of the area as you need.
Place your pressed flowers and petals on the cellotaped baking paper.
Carefully place another layer of cellotape over the pressed flowers so they are completely covered.
Use your scissors to cut around the flowers and petals, leaving a gap around the edge.
When you know where you want to place your sticker, carefully peel away the baking paper.
Press your sticker down to make sure it stays put.
Voilà! You have a beautiful pressed flower sticker!
You can decorate whatever you want with these stickers, but remember that they are made from cellotape - they may not be particularly waterproof, and could pull away material should you try and remove the sticker from a surface.
