What do you mean? Lisianthus

The Lisianthus is a flower of many names. As it’s native to grassland areas of the USA, it’s sometimes referred to as the Texas Bluebell and prairie gentian. However, it’s also called the Japanese Rose due to being bred as a successful cut flower in Japan in the 1930s. Adding to the list, it is commonly known as the Blue Field Daisy, and the Latin name of this Rose-like flower is Eustoma Grandiflorum. But here at Bunches, we just call it Lisianthus!

These summer blossoms are popular because not only do they make long-lasting cut flowers, but their cheerful beauty in varying colours are gorgeous in any collection.

As well as looking great, the meaning of Lisianthus is a wonderful addition to any bouquet too! Karen Azoulay tells us in Flowers and their Meanings that Lisianthus means appreciation, which is something we at Bunches feel with every order.

If you want to make someone feel appreciated, you can find our lovely Lisianthus arrangements and much more at bunches.co.uk
