Bunches and Ringtons Instagram competition

• By participating the prize draw, entrants agree that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  
• The Prize Draw opens 21st April 2023 and runs until midnight on 24th April. Submissions after this date will not be accepted.
• There will be 1 winner who will win a prize consisting of a 12 month flower subscription and a year's supply of tea.  
• The winner will receive 1 bouquet every month and 200 tea bags every month for 12 months.
• Ringtons and Bunches will select a winner at random who will be notified via direct message shortly after.
  
• Competitions and prize draws are open to everyone aged 18 and over (excluding employees of Bunches Florapost Ltd, Ringtons, their families or anyone else associated with the promotion).
• Only one entry per person. Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
• Bunches and Ringtons reserve the right to reject fraudulent entries or those not compliant with the Terms and Conditions.
• The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  
• The winners may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.
• If the prize is declined, or the winner cannot take up the prize or be contacted within a reasonable time, the prize will be forfeited and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s sole discretion. 
• For the purpose of sending out the prize the winners will be asked for their contact details by Bunches and Ringtons. These contact details will only be used for sending out the prize and for any relevant communication regarding the Prize Draw. Contact details will not be used beyond this purpose unless you agree otherwise.
  
• The prize will be sent to the address provided by the entrant - UK Only.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind
• The prize is subject to availability and both Bunches and Ringtons reserve the right to change the prize to something of a similar value without notice if circumstances beyond their control require them to do so.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Instagram and by entering this promotion you hereby release Facebook/Instagram from any liability in respect of this promotion. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook/Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for purposes of this prize promotion
• The promoters reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
