However, we understand that your inbox is a busy place, and sometimes you don’t want to receive regular emails. This can be particularly true during certain holidays or times of year that can be hard for people.

To make sure you’re only hearing from us when you want to, we've launched our new Preference Centre, where you are fully in control of how often you receive emails from us.

Your Preference Centre gives you the power to pick whether or not you receive emails about our lovely products, exciting new launches, and special occasions which you may find difficult.

To set your preferences (which you can change at any time) simply go to your settings, click ‘My Account’ on the top right of the website, select ‘Your Marketing Preferences’, and choose select any occasions you don’t want to hear about, and how often you want to receive emails from us.

You can also set up reminders for important events, so that you always have time to send a meaningful moment! Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or holiday, never forget with our reminders. To create reminders, go to ‘My Account’ on the top right of the website, go to ‘Reminder Service’, and enter your important dates.

You can add or remove reminders, as well as unsubscribe and resubscribe to emails, at any time.
