FAQs

How do I become a Bunches Member?
Posy Membership is free, and simply requires you to create a Bunches account! However, if you want to become a Blossom or Full Bloom Member, you will need to purchase these at checkout when you order a gift from Bunches, or by clicking here.

How do free delivery credits work?

Each free delivery credit covers one standard tracked UK mainland delivery (they do not cover guaranteed courier delivery). Simply place your order as normal, and one credit will be automatically applied at checkout.

How long do Bunches memberships run for?

Blossom and Full Bloom Memberships will run for one year from the date of you purchasing your membership. Posy Memberships are ongoing.

Are Bunches memberships renewable?

Yes! You’ll be able to renew your Blossom or Full Bloom Membership at the end of your membership year.

We’ll send a reminder email before it’s due for renewal, so you can keep your membership for as long as you want, or change it to a different membership type!

Can I change my Bunches Membership type?

Yes, you change your Bunches Membership type. To do so, please contact our lovely Customer Support team on 01623 750343 or [email protected]. The price difference will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period of your current membership.

What happens to unused benefits when my membership expires?

Unfortunately, unused benefits expire at the end of your membership year, so make sure to use them before they run out!
