At Bunches, we’ve been delivering happiness since 1989. It’s important to us that we send out joy with every bloom.

We decided that this year we wanted to spread even more happiness, and that we would celebrate not only summer, but our beloved city of Nottingham. That’s why we decided to do a Bunches of Joy giveaway!

We’ve been Nottingham-based since our beginning, and wanted to give back to the community around us. We put our heads together to figure out how to do a fun giveaway, especially during the summer holidays when people are busy, and came up with (in our opinion) a blooming brilliant idea – hide gift cards around the city for people to find!

Including a gift card of a surprise amount (£10, £20, £30, or £35), some sunflower seeds, and a little information about us, we spent two days hopping around Nottingham hiding ten ribbon-tied envelopes attached to bouquets, using our social media accounts to give our wonderful customers hints as to where they might find one!

We spent day one in Nottingham town centre, visiting Nottingham train station, the Green Heart, the Left Lion, the Robin Hood statue, and Nottingham Trent University (stumbling on graduation!)

We went a bit further afield for day two, going to the Bee Man statue on Beeston High Street, the University of Nottingham Trent building, Lakeside at University Park, and Wollaton Hall and Deer Park.

With our Bunches-branded t-shirts and the weather (just about) on our side, our team had a great time hiding envelopes and spreading joy!
