We've been delivering flowers by post since the family started the business in 1989. Some 6 million gifts later, we're still passionate about making sure that every moment our gifts are bought for is made extra special.

All our flower and plant gifts include free delivery by Royal Mail First Class Post. It's not a guaranteed next day service although at least 95% of deliveries arrive on the next day (excluding Sunday and bank holidays).

We also offer guaranteed next day services using DPD and Royal Mail Special Delivery for special occasions you just don't want to miss. You can select one of these options when you choose your gift.

We take great care and pride in packing all our flower and plant gifts, and provide a 7 Day Freshness Guarantee for your peace of mind. Many of our bouquets are sent in bud to make sure that they stay fresh and last longer but if your flower or plant gift does not last for 7 days, we will replace it or refund you.

We're human and understand that things don't always work out as expected. When that happens, our No Quibble Guarantee means that we will do everything we can to make things right for you without any hassle. We know that's important to you as a customer.

We work with key charity partners like Links International who work with trustworthy leaders and teams around the globe to improve the lives of people in local communities. We have worked together to develop farms, medical projects, provide fresh water and support education. Not every project has flourished but we have learned lots of lessons and made a real difference to thousands of lives along the way.

We love doing what we do - it's great to know that we can deliver happiness to our customers and their loved ones, and at the same time deliver happiness to those in need of a bit of extra help! Who would think all that could come from flowers?!
