COVID-19 Delivery Updates
Can I still order flowers and gifts from you?
Yes, we work with flower farms and couriers with whom we have long-standing relationships, this has allowed us to continue to source beautiful, fresh blooms and deliver them safely in these uncertain times.
The delivery date I would like to select isn’t available, why?
The demand for Bunches bouquets is ‘blooming’. However, in order to limit social contact for our in-house team, we must also limit the number of gifts that can be sent each day.
Why can't I have free delivery on Monday?
We can only offer a limited number of deliveries on a Monday due to restrictions in our production facility at weekends. These deliveries are currently only by guaranteed courier service. We hope to resume our free Royal Mail postal deliveries on Monday in the near future.
Will my order arrive on time?
Our delivery partners are currently experiencing a significant increase in demand, therefore please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery. We are dispatching gifts from Bunches HQ on time as always and our delivery partners are working hard in these difficult circumstances to provide the exceptional service we have come to expect from them.
Why can't I send an order to Northern Ireland?
Due to the new trading relationship between the UK and the EU as a result of Brexit, we have temporarily paused deliveries to Northern Ireland. We decided to make this difficult decision as any deliveries to Northern Ireland at this time would run the risk of potential delays, meaning your blooms would arrive past their best. We are so sorry we can’t send gifts to your family and friends in Northern Ireland at the moment, however we would like to assure you that we will resume this service as soon as we are able.
Why have I received different flowers?
Due to the effects of the pandemic on supply and to ensure your loved ones always receive the best quality blooms, we may occasionally substitute some stems included in your bouquet. Please be assured they will always be of equal, if not greater value.
Will my delivery be safe?
Our delivery partners, Royal Mail and DPD, have put measures in place in line with preventative guidance from the Public Health Authority. They have also made a series of adjustments to their parcel handling procedures.
In order to protect both the recipient and the delivery personnel as much as possible, they are minimising contact during delivery. They will not be handing over hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item. Additionally, where an item won't fit through the letterbox, they will place the item at the door. Having knocked on the door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while the recipient retrieves their item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
Our production staff are using additional safety equipment and we have employed extra cleaning staff in order to keep Bunches clean.
What measures are you taking to protect your staff?
Our Customer Support team are back in the office, with strict social distancing measures in place to ensure they are available to assist you by telephone, email and live chat as normal.
Our production team who have been working hard to ensure your orders are still being sent have adopted additional safety measures too; they are wearing latex gloves, increasing their hand washing and working shift patterns to decrease the total number of people who may be in a close proximity.

Helping to keep you connected
We feel so blessed to be able to deliver happiness for you in these uncertain times, and we will continue to go above and beyond to do so.
Our lovely Customer Support team have now joined our IT and Marketing teams in working from home, helping you to keep in touch and hear a friendly voice.
Working hours have been reduced to help in limiting social contact for our remaining in-house team, protecting their well-being as best we can.
Extra measures have been put in place to protect our employees and their families to ensure they are financially supported, should we need to close our doors temporarily in the future.
We care about you and don’t want to let you down if circumstances change, so have limited the ability to place future orders to ensure this doesn’t happen.
Thank you for tagging us on our social channels in all of your lovely photos, it means the world to us to see that our flowers are spreading such joy and positivity.
Keep in touch and stay connected!
Love, Bunches x

Our main priority here at Bunches is to always deliver happiness…
We’ve been delivering happiness for over 30 years and consider each and every one of you to be part of the Bunches extended family. As such, your safety during this period of uncertainty in regard to the Coronavirus is extremely important to us.
Our goal here at Bunches is to be a blessing, not just a business and at this time we feel so blessed to be able to fulfil your orders and help you send your love to the special people in your life, even if you cannot be with them.
A few of you have been in touch asking if deliveries are still going ahead, and we are delighted to let you know that both Royal Mail and DPD have put measures in place to accommodate this time of self-isolation and social distancing. These include contactless delivery and increased hand washing by our couriers.
Over the next few weeks we feel we need to use this time to help keep ourselves and you, our customers feeling positive and inspired, so we will be keeping in touch with you all and providing you with updates where necessary, as well as providing heart-warming stories of how you continue to help make a difference and much more.
In the meantime, we’d like to let you know some of the measures we are taking to keep you safe in these uncertain times:
Every day we listen to the latest government guidelines to make sure we’re doing everything we can to protect our staff and our customers; many of our staff are now working from home where possible. Our production team who have been working hard to ensure your orders are still being sent have adopted additional safety measures too; they’re wearing latex gloves, increasing their hand washing and working shift patterns to decrease the total number of people who may be in a close proximity. We have employed extra cleaning staff in order to keep Bunches sparkling clean.
