Here at Bunches, we want to reward our loyal customers by offering a ‘Posy Points’ scheme which enables to you earn points with every purchase. We are proud to be the only mail order florist to offer a customer reward scheme which enables you get a little something back every time you buy a beautiful bouquet!

For example, if you purchase 10 Classic Carnations for £9.99 you will earn 100 Posy Points. Each Posy Point is worth 0.005p, so this order will earn you 50p, which you can use as part payment on your next order... or you can save them up for bigger discounts on future purchases!

It is so simple to begin collecting your Posy Points. As a registered customer, log in to your account, place your order and your Posy Points will be automatically added - so whilst treating that special someone to a Bunches bouquet, you also collect Posy Points to treat yourself!

You can redeem your Posy Points against any bouquet or Bunches product you like. You can access your Posy Points account at any time and it is up to you when you redeem your Posy Points.

Look out for bonus Posy Points on some products to maximise your earning power!

What are Posy Points?
Posy Points is a reward scheme from Bunches.co.uk. Every time you order, you collect Posy Points, which you can use to receive money off your next order with us.

How do I collect Posy Points?
You collect Posy Points on every order you place at Bunches.co.uk. If you are a registered customer, the points will be automatically credited to your account.

If you cancel or return an order to us, we reserve the right to cancel the Posy points awarded to that order.

How much are my Posy Points worth?
You collect 1 Posy Point for every 10p spent. For example, the £9.99 Classic Carnations will earn you 100 Posy Points. Each point is worth 0.005p, so 100 Posy Points will get you 50p off your next order, equal to 5% cash back!

How do I redeem my Posy Points?
If you have Posy Points in your account then you can claim them during the checkout process on the final order summary page before the payment. You can use them as part or full payment on your order. If you have collected enough Posy Points, you can send a bouquet using Posy Points as full payment!

You can only redeem Posy Points at Bunches.co.uk. You cannot exchange them for cash or other items. Posy Points are not transferable.

How can I check my Posy Points balance?
You can check your Posy Points balance at any time by logging into your customer account. The total number of points and their value will be displayed at the top of the page. Your point balance will also be displayed at the checkout when you place an order.

Do I have to register to claim Posy Points?
In order to collect and store Posy Points you do need to be a registered customer. The points that you accumulate will be stored in your account for you to save money on your future orders.

We do offer a 'Just Checkout' function for customers who wish to place an order without registering, but you will not receive any Posy Points for orders placed this way.

Do I receive Posy Points if I place my order over the telephone?
Yes, Posy Points are awarded for telephone orders as well as online orders.
