Finding products: If you
know what you're looking for or wish to browse around, choose a
category from the top of the page and a list of products will be
displayed. Click 'more info' to view details of the item or to
purchase. |

Searching: If
you're looking for a gift or want something which contains a
particular flower then use the searches at the top of the page.
Simply choose the relevant flower, occasion or price range from the
menu and you will be returned a list of appropriate product. Click
'more info' to view details of the item or to purchase. |

Choosing an item to
purchase: Once you've found an item you'd like to
purchase, simply click the 'place order' link to add the item to
your order.
You may notice some 'extra' items displayed
along with the details of the product you are purchasing. The items
are recommended to be coupled with the product to create a gift
combination. To add one of these items to your order, tick the small
box next to the product image before clicking 'place order'.
You will be directed to an order page which shows details of
the items you are purchasing and allows you to check the total
charge for your order before entering the secure checkout. You can
remove the item(s) from your order by clicking 'remove all
items'. |

Register: We advise new
customers to register their details with the site as this speeds up
future ordering and allows us to keep you informed of special offers
which may be relevant to you. (Please note, you can opt-out of
receiving emails or mailings from us when you register or at any
time in the future). To register, click the register link on the
right side of the page and complete your chosen password and contact
details (including your email address), choose your mailing
preferences and optionally complete our customer survey (to be
entered into our free prize draw!) before clicking 'continue'. |
Log-in: Once you've
registered with the site, you can log-in at any time to update your
details or place orders. Simply choose the 'log-in' link from the
right side of the page, then enter your email address and password.
If you happen to forget your password, you can request a password
reminder from the log-in page. This will send details of your
password to the email address you entered when registering with the
site. Please don't forget to log out when you have finished
shopping, especially when using a shared computer!

Secure
checkout:
Stage 1 - log-in, register or just
checkout Unless you are already logged onto the site, upon
entering the checkout you will be prompted to log-in, register or
'just checkout'. To log-in, simply enter your email address and
password into the first two boxes. To register, enter your email
address and chosen password into the second box. If you do not wish
to store your details with the site for easy retrieval in future,
click 'just checkout'. |

Stage 2 - Delivery address If you
choose to 'just checkout', you will be asked to enter your contact
address and delivery address. If you want your items delivered to
your home address then click 'use this address for delivery' under
your contact details.
If you have registered with the site,
you will be shown a list of the addresses you have used in the past.
Simply click 'use this address' next to the address you wish to use
or enter a new delivery address in the from on the right of the
page. If you wish to deliver to an address that you've used in the
past, but the details have changed slightly then click 'edit
address' under the relevant address. |

Stage 3 - Delivery
details Once you've chosen a delivery address you will be
taken to a page which shows a summary of your order. At the bottom
left of the page you'll see your chosen delivery date. The site will
automatically choose the next available free delivery date for the
item you wish to order. If you want your order to be delivered on a
different date then please click 'change delivery options'. Please
choose the date you'd like for delivery of your order from the
calendar (you can choose a future or previous month using the small
arrows at the bottom of the calendar). None available dates are
faded and cannot be clicked. Upon clicking a date, you'll be given a
choice of the available delivery options and prices for that
particular date. Choose the delivery method that you'd prefer, and
you will be returned to your order summary. |

Stage 4 - Gift message If you are sending your item as
a gift you may wish to add a message for the recipient. Simply type
your message into the boxes provided and click 'add message' to add
the message to your order.
Stage 5 - Checkout Once
you're happy with all the details of your order (contact address,
delivery address and date, gift message and items), click the
'checkout' link at the top or bottom of the page to pay for your
order. You will be directed to the secure site of World Pay to enter
your bank details. Any information you exchange with World Pay will
not be viewed be any other person accessing the internet. Please
make sure you enter all the mandatory fields. Please note that the
billing address must be the address to which the debit/credit card
is registered. This can be different from the address to which you
wish the goods to be delivered.
The following methods of
payment are accepted: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro,
Solo, American Express, Visa Election & JCB
Please choose how you
would like to pay, then enter your card details, before clicking
'make payment'
Stage 6 - Order confirmation Once
your order has been placed, you will receive two emails to your
registered email address. One to confirm your order details and
one to confirm payment from Worldpay. You should keep this
email as receipt of order. | |
