Oriental LiliesOriental Lilies are grown in the Netherlands, New Zealand and the North-western United States. They bloom naturally from May to September and live between 7-14 days in a vase. However, their vase life can be prolonged by removing pollen stamens by pinching them together and pulling them up and out of the flower. The oriental variety is highly scented and the Chinese believe the Lily symbolises ‘forever in love’.
