General Information For All Orders

Sent first class... In our 20 years of experience, over 95% of deliveries arrive the next working day!

You can order for any available date in the future. Advance orders will be stored in our system until the required date.

We only deliver within the UK. We can deliver to any postal address in the UK including all of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Please note - We are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.

We do not deliver to Europe or to Dublin and the Rep. of Ireland.

Please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient.
We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details.

The only information sent with the gift is the personal message card.
We don't pass on any other details at all and don't send out an invoice or receipt, just the email confirmations.

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect them or arrange re-delivery.

Flowers sent to hospitals, schools, military and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution. We recommend that orders to such locations be requested for delivery on a weekday and not Saturday.

If you are sending flowers to a hospital, please check in advance that the hospital will allow fresh flowers to be delivered to the wards.

Delivery Details For All Gifts

All items include delivery by Royal Mail First Class Post unless stated. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery. First Class Post Deliveries cannot be tracked. We normally despatch flowers two days prior to the requested delivery date so they may arrive a day early.
As we deliver by First Class Royal Mail we cannot deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Deliveries can take place up to 5pm Monday to Friday and up to 1pm on Saturday.

We are unable to deliver any items on the same day

Optional Courier Delivery Details

NEXT DAY DELIVERY Orders must be placed before 4pm Monday - Friday and 11am Saturday

For an additional fee of £5.50 we offer a guaranteed delivery on the day of your choice between 8am and 5pm (valid Monday to Saturday only, deliveries do not take place on Sunday). There are no deliveries on Bank Holiday's. Flowers delivered by this service will need to be signed for by the recipient.

Courier delivered items are sent by FedEx but deliveries to the following post codes may be sent using an alternative service, usually Royal Mail special delivery;

BT, ZE, AB, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, IM, PO, JE, GY, SA, TR.
