When you order from Bunches, you give us the responsibility to deliver your gift & personal greetings, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. Giving a gift is a really personal thing - I know when I give friends and family presents, I spend ages making them look really special with wrapping paper, ribbons and any decorative paraphernalia I can find! We know how special gifts are, so we spend a lot of time and money ensuring that your gift, not only leaves us in tip top condition, but also arrives at its destination in tip top condition. All of our gift boxes are printed with lovely daisy designs, but more importantly they're designed with their main function in mind... protecting flowers during transit.
Many of our competitors take a 'one size fits all' approach to their flower gift boxes; however, we want all of our bouquets to arrive just as they left us. For this reason we have 12 different outer presentation boxes and 10 different inserts. Each box & insert has been designed with the bouquet that it will transport in mind. Our delivery arm, Royal Mail, do a really good job, however we can't assume that our boxes will always be treated with love... we have to assume that sometimes they may go through a little bit of rough and tumble! We test & ensure that our flowers will remain looking beautiful after their potentially bumpy journey in a lorry or van, so each unique box acts as a cocoon for your flowers to guarantee that your special gift will surprise and delight upon arrival.

Our poor flower complaint rate is testament to not only our fantastic product development, quality control and production teams but also our strong, well designed bespoke gift boxes. For every 1000 bouquets we send out, we only receive 8 complaints about the quality of our flowers... and every complaint is dealt with a no quibble guarantee, with us either resending your flowers or refunding the amount you spent with us. We always do what we can to make you happy... that's what we're all about.
